Notes: the crawlspace is open to ground moisture and the old ground cover has reached the end of its service life. The existing floor insulation stays in place and is not removed or replaced under this estimate. The work area is left clean and the debris is hauled off at the end of the job.
Warranty: 12 months workmanship on the project.
